See What Star Radler Did To Abuja People!

So last Sunday was AY Live Abuja at the Federal Palace Hotel and by now, you have probably seen the 5 Things That Rocked the show. Nestled amidst the iPhone6 giveaways by Maltina, the Buhari impersonation by Elenu and the floor-shaking performances by Phyno, MI and Reekado Banks, there was this ubiquitous footnote everywhere. This thing called Star Radler seemed to be everybody’s best friend all of a sudden.

There were shy drinkers…

Cautious, skeptical Abuja folks who tried it like an experimental French champagne…

Then they became bolder…

Then came the cool kids sipping at the bar with matching sneakers and earphones...

Those who went “Damn this tastes really good!”

…And then even closed their eyes and temporarily forgot about exams, taxes, climate change…

…Until finally everyone gave in and brandished their Radlers openly.
